7 Days, 6 Nights Amboseli-Bogoria/Baringo-Nakuru-Masai Mara

After breakfast depart for Amboseli National Park. The drive is via the Nairobi -Mombasa highway and through Masai country as you head to Amboseli which lies at the floors of the mount Kilimanjaro, Amboseli is famous for its big game - elephants, lions and cheetahs are the main attractions - and for its great scenery beauty. Amboseli embodies five main wildlife habitats, plus a generally dry lake-bed - Lake Amboseli. These are open plains; extensive stands of yellow-barked acacia woodland; rocky, lava strewn thorn-bush country; swamps and marshes; and at the western end of the reserve, above Namanga, the massif of Ol Doinyo Orok rising to over 2,760m (8.300ft) and still for the most part zoologically unexplored. Wake up early morning for the good view of Mount Kilimanjaro also known as the roof of Africa for being the highest mountain in Africa, Enjoy the morning breakfast then head for the full day adventure inside the park. Amboseli National park is rich of wildlife. Picnic lunch will be served in the park and there will be an optional visit to the Masai village whereby the Masai warriors will entertain the guest by dancing, singing and showing them around their homestead, here you will have the opportunity to take the picture of the Masai village and the homestead. After breakfast, depart for Lake Bogoria arriving in the afternoon, have lunch then proceed to an afternoon game drive, The area abounds with a large variety of animals and Birds making it an ornithologist’s paradise, arguably the best in East Africa. Visitors may also see the shy Greater Kudu, the majestic Antelope with its spiraling horns. Other animals include Cheetah, Impala, Grants Gazelle and the waterbuck among others. After breakfast drive to Baringo, enjoy a boat ride on the lake to view the hippo, crocodile and bird life. This lake is well known for a multitude of hippos and crocodiles and over 450 of Kenya's 1,200 recorded native species of bird. Later proceed to lake nakuru, arriving in time for lunch, after lunch, relax in the lodge, enjoy an evening game drive. Lake Nakuru is a home of millions of flamingos and the home of the white rhino and about 350 different species of birds. Lake Nakuru is also known as the "Ornithological Paradise" because of the hundreds of thousands of birds that are found here. Lake Nakuru is a soda lake on the floor of the Rift valley. It is famous due to its being a home to about 1.5 million flamingo's and the over 450 species of birds found here. The sight of the millions of flamingos is quite spectacular. From a distance the lake appears ringed in pink. The Lake has also earned a reputation as an important haven for endangered species - particularly the Rothschild Giraffe and the black and white rhino. After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive, then check out of the park and depart for Masai Mara with lunch in Narok town. After lunch proceed to Masai mara, On arrival check in the lodge, then leave for the late afternoon game drive, Afternoon game viewing in this fascinating wildlife paradise with a chance to view; giraffes, elephants, monkeys, leopards, lions, gazelles and different bird’s species. After Break fast, the whole day is spent exploring the park's amazingly high concentration of game. Or you can chose to do a morning and evening game drive. This game reserve is Kenya's finest wildlife sanctuary, including migrants; well over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. Mara plains are filled with migrating wildebeest and zebra; there is also resident wildlife year round. The Maras gentle fertile climate bounded by The Rift, offers perhaps the richest stocked reserve set within some 1672 sq. km - an unlimited spectacle of wildlife. Located 268 km west of Nairobi, the emphasis here is on game. Herds of immense Elephants, browse among Lion, Buffalo, Thompson Gazelle, Zebra and Topi. You may occasionally sight a Rhino or Leopard. In the Mara River Hippos play and Crocodiles bask on the banks. The annual migration of a million Wildebeest follows the rains north. Early Morning game drives before breakfast then drive to Nairobi after breakfast, with lunch on your way to Nairobi, arriving in the late afternoon to Airport. Drop off at the airport or your hotel.
